I love cream cheese frosting. With chocolate, sugar, butter, anything! So, for the Butter Cake I made last week, I prepared this butter cream cheese. It’s delicious, it’s sweet, but it’s full of calories! =0)
- 12 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 1/2 salted butter sticks
- 3/4 powdered sugar
Place butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
Mix in medium speed for 3 minutes, or until fluffy. Start by adding 1/4 cup powdered sugar (icing sugar) until it’s sweet, like you like it.
I did it three times, 3/4 cup.
Look at that, it’s creamy and steady.
